Various committees are formed in the college under the chairmanship of the Principal to help discharge fully and effectively his duty for the welfare and development of the college. Now, formation of such committees increases the belongingness and sense of responsibility among the teachers and they are not only engaged in the classroom as normal duty but also fully and actively involved in the development activities of the college as a normal duty.
